Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a psychiatrist in Broken Arrow, OK, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site or you may call (918) 940-4734 to schedule an appointment. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policies
We accept cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please email our Financial Coordinator for details.
Insurance and Billing
We currently only accept Medicaid (Soonercare) and Medicare. If you have private insurance you will self-pay.
